Mencegah covid 19

1. Coronavirus (COVID-19) is an infectious disease caused by a new type of virus that has never been identified in humans.

2. Summarized from the Telegraph, the worldwide spread of the corona virus is believed to have originated in the "wet market" in Wuhan, China which sells living and dead animals, including fish and birds.
Such markets pose a higher risk of viruses moving from animals to humans because hygiene standards are difficult to maintain if live animals are maintained and slaughtered at the site.

3. - Elderly people (elderly)
One of the most vulnerable groups infected with the corona virus is the elderly (elderly) aged 60 years and over.
- People with a history of certain diseases
Severe symptoms and serious complications due to Covid-19 are also experienced by people with a history of certain diseases, such as people suffering from chronic non-communicable diseases. The risk of chronic diseases can increase gradually starting from the age of 40 years.

- Medical personnel at the hospital
The next group of people who are susceptible to the corona virus are medical personnel at the hospital, including doctors and nurses. How not, they are required to deal directly with patients infected with the corona virus.

Elderly people over the age of 60 years and people with a history of comorbidities are classified as susceptible to corona virus infection. However, in some countries there are also young people who have died as a result of being infected with Covid-19.

- Insider Monitoring (ODP)
ODP status is given to those who have symptoms of body heat or mild respiratory disorders, and have visited or lived in an area that is known to be the area of ​​transmission of the virus. In addition, it can also be healthy people who have been in close contact with confirmed cases of the Corona Covid-19 Virus.


6. - The government released the latest developments regarding the Covid-19 case in Indonesia. The number is currently still growing.
Until Saturday (4/4/2020), there were a total of 2,092 Covid-19 cases in Indonesia.
Thus, there were an additional 106 patients who tested positive for the corona virus in the past 24 hours.
- "Today there are still 106 additional cases, bringing a total of 2,092 positive cases," said a government spokesman for the handling of the corona virus, Achmad Yurianto, when giving a press statement at Graha BNPB, Jakarta, Saturday afternoon.
Cases of the corona virus COVID-19 in Indonesia increased by 103, according to data from the Task Force for the Acceleration of Handling COVID-19, Thursday (3/26/2020) at 3:30 pm on the covid19.go.id website. The total number of cases in Indonesia became 893. The highest number of cases were in DKI Jakarta Province with 515 confirmed cases, 25 recovered and 46 people died due to COVID-19.

7. First, the prohibition of entry and transit to Indonesia, for migrants / travelers who in the last 14 days traveled in the regions, as follows:

For Iran: Tehran, Qom, Gilan
For Italy: the Lombardi, Veneto, Emilia Romagna, Marche and Piedmont regions
For South Korea: Daegu City and Gyeongsangbuk-do Province.

Secondly, for all migrants from Iran, Italy and South Korea outside the region, a health certificate is needed which is issued by a health authority in each country. The certificate must be valid (still valid) and must be shown to the airline at check-in.
Without a health certificate and an authorized health authority, the migrants will be refused entry / transit in Indonesia.
Third, before landing, migrants from these three countries are required to fill out a Health Alert Card prepared by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia.

The card includes questions about travel history. If from the travel history, the person concerned has traveled within the last 14 days to one of the areas we mentioned earlier, the person will be refused entry / transit in Indonesia.
Fourth, for Indonesian citizens who have traveled from the three countries, especially from the regions that I mentioned earlier, an additional health check will be conducted at the arrival airport.
